Contractor users are responsible for keeping account access secure, maintaining accurate business information, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Artisan AVL may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or misuse of the platform.
Homeowner contact forms and messages are routed to the relevant contractor. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee contractor availability, pricing, scheduling, or acceptance of a project.
Contractor users may receive operational notifications by email, SMS, or dashboard alert for new leads, customer messages, estimates, invoices, call activity, and response reminders. SMS notifications are used for transactional and operational account purposes, not third-party marketing. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
By asking Artisan AVL to send SMS alerts to a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from House of Shenk LLC and Artisan AVL at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email [email protected] for assistance or removal.
Artisan AVL integrates with providers such as Twilio, Resend, Stripe, Google, Meta, Yelp, and analytics services. Use of those features may also be governed by the applicable third-party terms and availability. SMS delivery depends on carrier and Twilio availability.
When payment features are enabled, contractors are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, invoices, taxes, refunds, and customer billing terms. Platform fees, processing fees, and payment availability may vary by contractor setup.
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business content, service descriptions, images, testimonials, and other materials published through Artisan AVL. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the platform.
Artisan AVL is provided as an operations tool. We are not responsible for contractor workmanship, customer disputes, project outcomes, lost profits, indirect damages, carrier delivery failures, or third-party service outages.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Artisan AVL after updates means you accept the revised terms.
