Artisan AVL ("we", "us", "our") collects information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact form or request an estimate
• Account information when you create a contractor account, including contractor mobile numbers used for operational SMS alerts
• Business information connected through third-party integrations (Google Business Profile, Meta/Instagram, Facebook, Yelp)
• Usage data through cookies and analytics services (Ahoy, Google Analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our contractor management platform
• Connect homeowners with contractors
• Display business reviews and ratings from connected platforms
• Send transactional and operational notifications about leads, customer messages, call activity, estimates, invoices, and response reminders
• Analyze site usage to improve user experience

3. SMS and Mobile Information

If a contractor operator opts in to SMS alerts, we use the provided mobile number to send operational account notifications through Twilio. SMS alerts may include new lead notices, customer text notices, call activity, and response reminders. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email [email protected] for assistance or removal.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or mobile numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers with service providers such as Twilio only as needed to deliver requested operational messages and run the Artisan AVL service.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Meta/Instagram, Facebook), we access only the data you authorize through OAuth. We store access tokens securely using encryption. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Contractors (when you submit a lead or estimate request)
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Ahoy)
• Email service providers (Resend) for transactional emails
• SMS service providers (Twilio) for requested transactional and operational text messages

We do not share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.
