How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data from Artisan AVL at any time. We offer two methods:

1. Self-Service (Connected Accounts)

If you connected a third-party account (Google, Meta/Instagram, Facebook), you can disconnect it directly from your Settings → Connected Accounts page. This will:

• Revoke our access to your third-party data
• Delete stored access tokens and refresh tokens
• Remove synced reviews and business data from our platform

2. Email Request

For complete account and data deletion, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

• Your name and email address associated with your account
• What data you'd like deleted (specific data or entire account)

What We Delete

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your user account and login credentials
• Connected account tokens and synced data
• Contact form submissions and leads associated with your email
• Analytics data tied to your account

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been removed.
